VERY SIMPLE FIX Windows8.1 Catalyst Control Center AMD
I updated to Win8.1 and came across a problem with the Catalyst Control Center for your AMD graphics. This fix for this requires now downloads. All you need to do is find you Catalyst control center set up and pretty much re-install.
This should be found here: C:\AMD\Support\13-4_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql
So that's libraries, AMD, Support, 13-4_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.
Once you have found your setup, double click it and go through the installing process as you usually would.
It should now work.
I found this problem when I had to change my screen scaling after installing 8.1.
HOWEVER IF THIS DOES NOT WORK or if you can not find the 'setup'
I have a video showing you where you can download new drivers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MW_69P-ySyA
That not work? You may have to down grade back to Windows 8.
